Tato/Kale dip

This turned out from trying to do this colcannon-puffs recipie  from fatfree vegan.  I had some leftover steamed sweet potatoes/turnips and just steamed some kale.  This was enjoyed with some raw veggies last night

about 2 cups steamed sweet potatoes and 1 cup steamed parsnips
6 ounces kale
4 tablespoons kale steam water (do less if you want it thicker)
1/2 cup beans (I used chickpeas)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Throw in and Blend in VitaMix.  If using regular blender use a carrot or celery to push through or use a food processor
Comes out nice and green....

Ah, excellent way to use up leftovers. My favorite veg to dip is purple cabbage! Nice and crunchy and sweet :^)
