- Steamed Potatoes, turnips (with thyme), broccoli
- Beans (we used Pinto, and black eye )
- Avocado
- Ground nuts/seeds(we used walnuts/peanuts)
- Steamed Greens chopped finely (we made chard and collards)
- Mash together all ingredients and enjoy with a side of Greens.For variation you can mash in the greens as well...
